CHF 450 for 8 lessons of 45 minutes in 4 sessions over two weeks, on Tuesdays and Thursdays: 18:00 to 19:30 at Leutschenbachstrasse 95, 8050 Zürich, or 20:00 to 21:30 online. Maximum 5 participants. For learners who have largely reached the level of their telc exam.

Private lessons

CHF 90 per lesson of 45 minutes, one to one, online or in Zurich, at times we agree with you. For every level from A2 to C2 and for telc Beruf, Medizin and Hochschule: when your target level is not there yet, your exam is close, one part is missing or you face a second attempt.

Yes. Your onboarding, course explanation and learning strategy can be given in English so you know exactly how the exam works and how we will prepare you. The lessons themselves are mainly in German, because you are training for a German exam and need to practise in the target language.

No. telc Deutsch is a German-language exam: reading, listening, writing and speaking are all in German. We use English only to orient you at the start; the preparation then trains you in German so you are ready for the real test.

Yes. telc Deutsch B1 is one of the most common certificates for residence and naturalisation in Switzerland. We prepare you specifically for the B1 task types in reading, listening, writing and speaking, with mock exams and feedback.

Yes. telc Deutsch B2 is often required for qualified jobs, universities of applied sciences and healthcare professions. We train the more demanding B2 tasks and exam strategy so the step up from B1 is manageable.

If you have largely reached the level of your telc exam and the four session dates suit you, take the group course: it is the lowest price per lesson. Choose private lessons (CHF 90 per 45 minutes) if your target level is not there yet, your exam is close and no course date fits, you need one specific part or you prefer to learn alone.

Yes. The group course runs online on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 20:00, and private lessons are available online as well as in person in Zurich.

Yes. A private telc lesson costs CHF 90 for 45 minutes, on every level from A2 to C2 and for telc Beruf, Medizin and Hochschule, online or in Zurich, at a time we agree with you. Each lesson is built around your target exam, your schedule and the task types you find most difficult.

Our group course is 8 lessons over two weeks. The right lead time depends on how close you already are to your target level. We recommend a free placement test first so your preparation starts at the right point.

For the group course, yes: it works best when you have already largely reached your target level, for example with a completed course at that level. If you are not there yet, private lessons start where you are today. If you are unsure, take our free placement test.

Absolutely. A telc exam has a written part (reading, language elements, listening, writing, around 2.5 hours) and a short oral part (around 15 minutes). You pass when you reach at least 60% in each part. On B1 and B2 the parts can be taken separately. We walk you through all of this, in English if you like.

The group course costs CHF 450 for 8 lessons of 45 minutes (CHF 56.25 per lesson); with a KulturLegi (Caritas) you pay CHF 315. A private lesson costs CHF 90 for 45 minutes. The telc exam fee (usually around CHF 200 to 280) is charged separately, plus a CHF 35 handling fee when you register through us.

At Leutschenbachstrasse 95, 8050 Zürich (district 11, near Oerlikon and Glattpark), and online by video call. For companies, we can also come to your premises.
